Kullanım Koşulları

1. Taraflar ve kabul

Bu koşullar, okulubul.com alan adı ve alt hizmetleri ("Platform") ile Platform'u ziyaret eden ya da hesap açan herkes ("Kullanıcı") arasındadır. Platform, bu metnin yazıldığı tarihte Sinan Öndül tarafından beta sürüm olarak işletilmektedir ("İşletmeci"); bir şirket kurulduğunda bu bölüm güncellenir ve duyurulur. Platform'u kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Platform'u kullanmayın.

18 yaşından küçükler yalnızca veli/vasi gözetiminde ve onların hesabı üzerinden Platform'u kullanabilir; kendi adlarına hesap açamazlar.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

• Okul arama ve eşleştirme: Türkiye ve seçili ülkelerdeki okulların listelenmesi, filtrelenmesi, haritada gösterilmesi; verdiğiniz cevaplara göre puanlı bir kısa liste öneren eşleştirme sihirbazı. Öneriler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; bir okulun size uygunluğu konusunda garanti ya da tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
• Veli hesabı: favoriler, notlar, talepler, eşleştirme sonuçlarını kaydetme, mezunluk bildirimi.
• Okul paneli: okulların profillerini sahiplenmesi, düzenlemesi, sertifika/özellik beyanı, veli taleplerini görmesi, mezun onayı, raporlar.
• Expat / taşınma desteği: talep formu üzerinden iletişim; hizmetin kapsamı ve varsa ücreti her talep için ayrıca yazılı olarak bildirilir. Vize, oturum, göçmenlik veya hukuki danışmanlık verilmez.

Platform beta aşamasındadır: özellikler eklenebilir, değişebilir veya kaldırılabilir; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışma taahhüt edilmez.

3. Hesaplar

• Hesap açarken doğru ve güncel bilgi vermeniz gerekir. Google ile giriş kullanıyorsanız Google hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Hesap bilgilerinizi üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayın; hesabınız altında yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz kullanım şüphesinde okulubul.destek@gmail.com adresine yazın.
• Okul hesabı açan kişi, ilgili okul adına işlem yapmaya yetkili olduğunu beyan eder. İşletmeci bu yetkiyi doğrulamak için belge veya kurumsal e-posta isteyebilir; yetkisiz sahiplenme tespitinde hesap kapatılır ve profil önceki hâline döndürülür.
• Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Hesabım/Ayarlar üzerinden veya e-posta ile kapatabilirsiniz; verilerin silinmesi KVKK metnindeki sürelere tabidir.

4. Okul bilgileri ve doğruluk

Okul kayıtları resmi ve kamuya açık kaynaklardan (ör. MEB kurum listeleri, ülkelerin resmi okul kayıtları, IB Organizasyonu dizini) ve okulların kendi beyanlarından derlenir. Kaynaklar okul sayfasında belirtilir. Bilgiler eksik, güncelliğini yitirmiş veya hatalı olabilir. Kayıt, ücret, kontenjan, müfredat gibi kararlarınızı etkileyecek her bilgiyi doğrudan okulla doğrulayın.

"Doğrulanmış okul" rozeti, okul yetkilisinin hesabının İşletmeci tarafından onaylandığını gösterir; okulun kalitesi, ruhsatı veya akreditasyonu hakkında bir değerlendirme değildir. Sertifika rozetleri (IB, Cambridge, CIS vb.) okulun sunduğu belgeye dayanır; belgenin geçerliliği ilgili kuruluşa aittir. "Özellikler" (olanaklar, güçlü yönler, yatılı, ek destek) okulun kendi beyanıdır.

Bir okul temsilcisi olarak hatalı bilgi görüyorsanız profilinizi sahiplenip düzeltebilir ya da bize yazabilirsiniz. Haklı talepler makul sürede işlenir.

5. Veli talepleri

• Bilgi isteme, WhatsApp ve randevu talepleri velilerden okullara ücretsiz iletilir. Talep göndererek iletişim bilgilerinizin ilgili okulla paylaşılmasını kabul edersiniz (ayrıntı: KVKK metni).
• Talep, okulun size dönmesini garanti etmez; okulun yanıt süresi ve içeriği okulun sorumluluğundadır. Randevu, okulun onayıyla kesinleşir.
• Spam, sahte ya da toplu talepler engellenir; tekrarlayan kötüye kullanımda hesap kapatılır.

6. Okul hesapları, krediler ve ücretler

• Profil sahiplenme, düzenleme, fotoğraf/sertifika/özellik ekleme ve raporlar ücretsizdir.
• Veli taleplerinin iletişim bilgileri 1 "kredi" karşılığında açılır. Okul hesapları profil görevlerini tamamlayarak ve kampanyalarla ücretsiz kredi kazanabilir (güncel sayı ve talep başına ücret Planlar sayfasında ilan edilir). Krediler süresizdir, devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez. Görevlerle kazanılan krediler her görev için bir kez verilir; yanlış beyanla (ör. okulda olmayan bir özelliği işaretlemek) kazanıldığı tespit edilen krediler geri alınabilir.
• Açılan bir talep, velinin yanıt vermemesi hâlinde iade edilmez; ancak talebin sahte/spam olduğu İşletmeci tarafından tespit edilirse kredi iade edilir. İade başvuruları okulubul.destek@gmail.com adresine, talep numarasıyla yapılır.
• Online ödeme, ödeme altyapısı aktif edildiğinde bu bölüme eklenecek ödeme koşullarına (fatura, iade süresi, para birimi) tabi olur. O tarihe kadar kredi yüklemeleri İşletmeci ile yazılı mutabakatla yapılır.
• Kampanyalar (ör. IB okulları için Pasaport) süreli ve koşulludur; koşullar ilgili sayfada yazılır ve İşletmeci kampanyayı ileriye dönük olarak değiştirebilir.
• Sıralama satın alınamaz. Arama ve eşleştirme sonuçları veri ve kullanıcının tercihleriyle sıralanır; ücretli planlar rozet ve görünürlük unsurları ekler, sıralama algoritmasını değiştirmez.

7. Mezun yorumları ve içerik kuralları

• Yorum yalnızca ilgili okulun onayladığı mezunlar tarafından, okul başına bir kez yazılabilir; adı "Ad S." biçiminde gösterilir.
• Yorumlar kişisel deneyime dayanmalıdır. Hakaret, iftira, nefret söylemi, kişisel veri (öğretmen/öğrenci adı, iletişim), reklam, telif ihlali ve gerçek dışı iddialar yasaktır.
• Okul, bir yoruma panelden itiraz edebilir; itiraz süresince yorum işaretlenir, İşletmeci karar verene kadar düzenlenemez. İşletmeci kuralları ihlal eden içeriği gerekçe göstererek kaldırabilir. Kaldırma bir hakem kararı değildir; taraflar yargı yoluna başvurabilir.
• Kullanıcı, yüklediği içerik (yorum, fotoğraf, logo, metin) üzerinde gerekli haklara sahip olduğunu beyan eder ve İşletmeci'ye bu içeriği Platform'da ve tanıtımında kullanmak için ücretsiz, dünya çapında, alt lisanslanabilir bir lisans verir. Bu lisans içeriği kaldırdığınızda makul süre içinde sona erer (önbellek ve yedekler hariç).

8. Fikri mülkiyet ve rozet kullanımı

Platform'un yazılımı, tasarımı, marka ve logoları, derlenmiş veri seti ve eşleştirme yöntemi İşletmeci'ye aittir. Veri setinin toplu olarak kopyalanması, kazınması (scraping), yeniden yayımlanması veya rakip bir hizmette kullanılması yasaktır. Tekil okul bilgileri kaynak gösterilerek alıntılanabilir.

Okullar, panelde sunulan "Okulu Bul rozeti" kodunu kendi web sitelerinde, değiştirmeden ve yalnızca kendi profillerine bağlantı verecek şekilde kullanabilir. Rozet, okulun Platform'daki durumunu yansıtır; hesap kapanırsa rozet "listeleniyor" hâline döner veya kaldırılabilir.

9. Yasaklı kullanım

• Sahte hesap açmak, başkası adına hesap açmak, bir okulu yetkisiz sahiplenmek.
• Otomatik araçlarla veri çekmek, sistemi aşırı yüklemek, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak.
• Velilere ya da okullara istenmeyen ticari ileti göndermek için Platform'dan elde edilen bilgileri kullanmak.
• Yanıltıcı sertifika, özellik veya ücret bilgisi girmek.
• Yürürlükteki mevzuata (özellikle KVKK, tüketici ve rekabet hukuku) aykırı her türlü kullanım.

10. Sorumluluk sınırı

Platform "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İşletmeci; okul bilgilerinin doğruluğu, okulların davranışı, kayıt/kabul sonuçları, üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (harita, e-posta, giriş sağlayıcıları, ödeme altyapısı) kesintileri ve Kullanıcı içeriklerinden doğan dolaylı zararlardan, kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde sorumlu değildir. Ücretli hizmetlerde İşletmeci'nin toplam sorumluluğu, talebe konu son 12 ayda ödenen tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici haklarınız saklıdır.

11. Askıya alma ve fesih

İşletmeci, bu koşulların ihlali, güvenlik riski veya yasal zorunluluk hâlinde hesabı önceden bildirimle ya da acil durumlarda bildirimsiz askıya alabilir veya kapatabilir. Kullanılmamış ücretli krediler, kapatma Kullanıcı'nın kusurundan kaynaklanmıyorsa iade edilir. Kullanıcı hesabını her zaman kapatabilir.

12. Değişiklikler

Koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlükten en az 15 gün önce bu sayfada ve hesabı olan kullanıcılara e-posta/bildirim ile duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra Platform'u kullanmaya devam etmek yeni koşulları kabul anlamına gelir; kabul etmiyorsanız hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Çağlayan) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir; tüketiciler için Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve tüketici mahkemelerinin yetkisi saklıdır.

Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are between the operator of okulubul.com and its services (the "Platform") — at the time of writing Sinan Öndül, operating a beta service (the "Operator") — and anyone who visits the Platform or creates an account (the "User"). Using the Platform means you accept these terms. Users under 18 may use the Platform only through a parent's or guardian's account.

2. The service

• School search and matching: listing, filtering and mapping schools in Türkiye and selected countries; a matching wizard that suggests a scored shortlist based on your answers. Suggestions are informational and are not a guarantee or advice about a school's suitability.
• Parent account: favourites, notes, enquiries, saved match results, alumni claim.
• School panel: claiming and editing a profile, declaring accreditations and features, receiving parent enquiries, approving alumni, reports.
• Expat / relocation support: contact via a request form; scope and any fee are confirmed in writing per request. No visa, residency, immigration or legal advice is provided.

The Platform is in beta: features may be added, changed or removed; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate information. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of that account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; report suspected misuse to okulubul.destek@gmail.com.
• Whoever creates a school account declares they are authorised to act for that school. The Operator may request documents or an institutional e-mail; unauthorised claims are reversed and the account closed.
• You may close your account at any time; deletion follows the retention periods in the Privacy Notice.

4. School data and accuracy

School records are compiled from official, public sources (e.g. Ministry of Education lists, national school registers, the IB Organization directory) and from schools' own declarations, with sources shown on each profile. Data may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify anything that affects your decision — admissions, fees, places, curriculum — directly with the school.

The "Verified school" badge means the school representative's account was approved by the Operator; it is not an assessment of quality, licensing or accreditation. Accreditation badges rely on documents provided by the school. "Features" (facilities, strengths, boarding, learning support) are the school's own declaration.

5. Parent enquiries

• Information, WhatsApp and appointment requests are forwarded to schools free of charge. By sending one you agree that your contact details are shared with that school (see Privacy Notice).
• An enquiry does not guarantee a reply; response time and content are the school's responsibility. Appointments are confirmed by the school.
• Spam, fake or bulk enquiries are blocked; repeated abuse leads to account closure.

6. School accounts, credits and fees

• Claiming, editing, photos, accreditations, features and reports are free.
• Parent contact details are unlocked with "enquiry credits". Each school account starts with a number of free credits; current numbers and the per-enquiry price are published on the Plans page. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable and non-refundable in cash.
• An opened enquiry is not refunded if the parent does not respond; if the Operator determines the enquiry was fake or spam, the credit is restored. Refund requests go to okulubul.destek@gmail.com with the enquiry number.
• Online payment terms (invoicing, refund window, currency) will be added to this section when the payment provider is activated. Until then, credit top-ups are arranged in writing with the Operator.
• Campaigns (e.g. the IB Passport) are time-limited and conditional; conditions are published on the relevant page and may be changed prospectively.
• Ranking cannot be bought. Search and matching results are ordered by data and the user's preferences; paid plans add badges and visibility elements but do not alter the ranking algorithm.

7. Alumni reviews and content rules

• Only alumni approved by the school may review, once per school; names are shown as "Name S.".
• Reviews must reflect personal experience. Insults, defamation, hate speech, personal data (names of teachers or students, contact details), advertising, copyright infringement and false claims are prohibited.
• A school may dispute a review from its panel; the review is flagged and frozen until the Operator decides. The Operator may remove content that breaks the rules, stating the reason. Removal is not an arbitration decision; parties may go to court.
• You confirm you hold the rights to content you upload and grant the Operator a free, worldwide, sublicensable licence to use it on and for promoting the Platform. The licence ends within a reasonable time after you remove the content (except caches and backups).

8. Intellectual property and badge use

The Platform's software, design, brand and logos, compiled dataset and matching method belong to the Operator. Bulk copying, scraping, republishing or using the dataset in a competing service is prohibited. Individual school facts may be quoted with attribution.

Schools may embed the "Okulu Bul badge" code from their panel on their own website, unmodified and linking only to their own profile. The badge reflects the school's status on the Platform and may change or be withdrawn if the account is closed.

9. Prohibited use

• Fake accounts, impersonation, unauthorised claiming of a school.
• Automated data extraction, overloading the system, circumventing security.
• Using information obtained from the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages to parents or schools.
• Entering misleading accreditation, feature or fee information.
• Any use contrary to applicable law (in particular data protection, consumer and competition law).

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for the accuracy of school data, the conduct of schools, admission outcomes, outages of third-party services (maps, e-mail, sign-in providers, payment infrastructure) or indirect damages arising from user content. For paid services the Operator's total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, security risk or legal obligation, with prior notice or without notice in urgent cases. Unused paid credits are refunded where closure is not due to the User's fault. Users may close their account at any time.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced on this page and to account holders by e-mail/notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance; otherwise you may close your account.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts.
